🚨 Public Complaint Against Exotel Techcom Private Limited
This is a public escalation against Exotel Techcom Private Limited after repeated failures and no resolution through private channels.
For the past 2 weeks, our business has suffered due to:
âš ï¸ Unannounced service disruption by Exotel
📉 Direct business losses – customers couldn’t reach us
⌠False commitments by Exotel team – Toll-free number promised by 6th April 2026
💰 Unfair last-minute demand – asking for additional payments & forcing a new account
This is not a minor issue. This is mission-critical infrastructure failure caused by Exotel.
We trusted Exotel with our communication systems — and in return, we received:
👉 No accountability
👉 No resolution
👉 No ownership
Even after multiple follow-ups, Exotel has failed to fix the issue or honor their commitments.
📢 We have now officially filed a complaint on CPGRAM (Government of India grievance portal) against Exotel Techcom Private Limited.
If this is how businesses are treated, it raises a serious question:
Can companies really rely on cloud telephony providers like Exotel?

Do not blindly depend on a single provider for critical operations.
