This is a public escalation against Exotel Techcom Private Limited after repeated failures and no resolution through private channels.
For the past 2 weeks, our business has suffered due to:

We have a Plan with Exotel with Rs 2000/- Per Month for Per agent With Unlimited Inbound and outbound Calls. So The Executive asked to recharge Rs 10000/- Minimum, and he said they will charge the credits of 2000 per month without any other charges, but as i started using they started charging for every minutes we are consuming, and its very unfortunate to say that within1 day the credits have been reduced from 10000 to 6866 (without any...
