We have a Plan with Exotel with Rs 2000/- Per Month for Per agent With Unlimited Inbound and outbound Calls. So The Executive asked to recharge Rs 10000/- Minimum, and he said they will charge the credits of 2000 per month without any other charges, but as i started using they started charging for every minutes we are consuming, and its very unfortunate to say that within1 day the credits have been reduced from 10000 to 6866 (without any records they are charging).
So this Company is making the customers fools just to get the orders, once the order is placed, they will deduct the credits as they wish without any authorizations/reports/proofs .
Also i mailed to the account manager (Vishnu) its already 24 hours they cannot even respond with the resolution.
Stay away from such fraud companies, anyway as we have paid our amount we will now post this everywhere and save others from falling on such traps. Was this information helpful? |
