I have invested in their NA plotted development - Garv Project at Village Kudali, Vile Bhagad, Tal.- Tasgaon, Maharashtra. I had booked one plot in this scheme in Oct, 2011. As per the agreed terms they were supposed to register my portion of land in my favour within 18 months.
Till date they have not been able to register the land in my favour citing approvals pending from statutory authorities. They have been giving baseless excuses for delaying the handover of this project. Neither are they able to handover my land portion nor are they able to refund my money with interest as the reason cited is cash flow problem.I don't understand how come cash flow problem has arisen when they have collected money from investors upfront and failed to honour their committment.
Upon my follow-up they have been giving one or the other excuse for the delay. Now nobody is attending to calls and absolutely no response from their end. Was this information helpful? |
