I was allotted a plot no 134 measuring 1200 sqft in 2009 . I am the registered owner .
I would like to sell it now but am not able to contact anyone from the company . The contact number[protected] is never answered and is always busy or not reachable.
Can i have the contact no of the concerned official who i can talk to and proceed accordingly.

I have booked the NA plot in companies Carnival Project in Sindhudurg in the year of 2015 on EMI Scheme. After completion of EMI schedule compony is going to register the property on my name. there are almost three years completed by completing the EMI schedule but there is no initiative taken by compony for registration of property.
I have enquire on companies register mumbai address but it was closed for long time. All phone no was given are dead. There is no contact person where I can get the update regarding project.
Now I am having great feeling of getting fooled by compony and don't know what to do.

I bought 1 acre land at Mahad through one agency associated (Agency Person Name - Mr Ravindra Sonna) with Expat Projects & Development Pvt. Ltd. in 26th March'2013. till today my property registration is not yet done and in the last year I demanded my money back, but they are not refunding the same and even nowadays they are reverting to email also. I am in trouble now. My Customer ID is C1313879 and Booking ID is B1301286. Project is SHUBH...

I have invested in their NA plotted development - Garv Project at Village Kudali, Vile Bhagad, Tal.- Tasgaon, Maharashtra. I had booked one plot in this scheme in Oct, 2011. As per the agreed terms they were supposed to register my portion of land in my favour within 18 months.

Till date they have not been able to register the land in my favour citing approvals pending from statutory authorities. They have been giving baseless...
