My refund been stuck for a month whereas I was told that it has been processed and it is on its way. When I contacted the support, they were clearly making excuses to keep me waiting for their lack of competency. On top of this they mentioned they might deduct more money than was previously told. I do not understand why the money has not been refunded to me yet despite getting a confirmation email from expedia that my refund has been processed and I can expect it to reflect on my account soon.
