I was travelling to Bhimtal near Nainital, India. I tried making a hotel booking through Expedia, i was charges for res 2800 but there was no booking confirmation, i spoke to the Expedia customer service agent he confirmed with my mobile no. and email that the is no booking on my name and the funds debited will be refunded, after that i booked another hotel from a different portal. After 30 mins when i had already checked in to the new hotel i get a call from the previous hotel that the booking is confirmed, i told him that i have already booked another hotel, any informed the same to Expedia.
It has been 2 weeks, i experienced the worst service ever, even after multiple assurance there is no refund, they don't even reply on mail, there service agent no says they cannot do anything, i want to file a legal complaint. Was this information helpful? |
