I purchased the product on 19th may 2017 one dr. Shalini [protected] had handled the call, she promised 100 percent refund of the product if its not effective. I havent lost a kilogram of weight, now with the request of refund, apparently their accounts department only works from 20th to 30 th of each month and it can be refunded only that time, that too after deducting gst (Which wasnt applied while buying the product, courier charges - the product was hand delivered)
Please help me get my refund
