I am actually trying to call the team members. All my calls are being unanswered and even they don't bother to call the customer back or what? i have been complaining about this each and every day Yaar. Does exporter India even bother for the customer or no?

I am working with such a company for the first time in my whole life of experience.

During enrollment your team calls the customer 100 times in 1 hours. once the money paid you guys don't bother or value the customer.

Is this behavior correct? to a customer. Worst experience. kindly pay my money back.

I had taken the Global Membership of ExporterIndia on 6th January 2022, in that membership I was told that you will get the international buyers' enquiry and website... but till now neither I have completed the work of my website nor given it to me. International Buyer's enquiry.. For this thing I am calling ExporterIndia from last 3 months but my problem is being ignored again and again..

Asking me to upgrade the package which cost 1.5 lacs worth. I want to withdraw the membership

Please help me to withdraw the membership. I don't want to be a member of this site

Hi, exporters india is a fraud company.
I had asked them whether there will be any hidden charges after I pay for the package, they replied no. And after I paid for their services, they asked me to pay for business verification. They asked to pay 90, 000/- extra whereas their package was only 35, 600/-.
Don’t trust exportersindia.com. They are cheaters and FRAUD.

Started with 3 years listing package 4 months ago, in which 4-6 leads monthly gauranteed that to converted leads.
Took 24k package. Then these guys started asking more 50k for trust seal. Otherwise no business. Words told by companys employees - Miss Vaishnavi - sales executive, Mr Savan - Business Development Executive.
And today getting fake leads customers are denying any such requirements posted.
4 months - 3 leads ( all fake )

Please someone help me recover my hard earned money from this cheapsters and frauders.

We have taken platinum+ package of 35k around 2 month ago. Sales team has promised to give 30 qualified deals in month. Now they have stoped responding calls, other employees are calling to get more services for proper response.

- We have not received even a single enquiry till date.
- After multiple calls, not greeting our website login details for editing contents.
- Website design services are also very poor.

There is no provision for refund also. Looks like, we have wasted our money for such company.

company is totally taking a huge amount and giving false promise to give the business its a total waste of amount so I request you all don't try their package or anything

This is in regards to membership purchased by my company Seedoil Trading which was offer for me for approx Rs.36000/- and for which I was assured many benefits as per platinum plus plan but till date not a relevant leads related to our business nor any assured support has been provided .On the other hand I was asked to purchase one another package of approx 1 lac to continue further with the membership plan.I have already mailed my concern and asked for Refund but till date there is no response from your end.I once again request to kindly refund my amount paid.Or else I can be helpless to approach consumer greievance for same.

My complaint is against exporters india portal . I got a call for discounted package for 1 year in which i ll getting 6 confirm enquiries and other direct enquiries on my portal with that they will design my website too . After paying the amount that was 12250 they asked me other charges as in documentation which was not discussed earlier . And the amount they told was 42000 . I had companit on there portal but not resolved . Now m not getting any enquiries from that . Kindly resolve the issue

EXPORTER INDIA Fraud B2B Company. Always asking money. And send all enquiry they sending fake. Don't trust this company.

After one year I asked handover my domain control to me they take with me like goons and again asking money for handover asking Rs 10000/- I have to pay with out membership even I quit the weblink
or exporterindia and with membership 22000/-.

They are same less people rudly talk with customers.

First off, I'm a very busy person but I have to write this because of the bad behavior of your employees.

One of your employees has been calling for many days and forcing to buy the plan. This is a very bad sales practice.

It will not take your company anywhere. You can't force customers to buy your plans or anything. She wasted a lot of my time and was not ready to listen to me. Continuously forcing to pay for the plan and not check reviews anywhere on Google because people say anything on Google. She wanted to personally show me everything so that I don't get to see these reviews. But I was guessing that something is wrong so I said I don't want to buy any plans and she started to abuse me.

Also, I can see that you are consistently copy-pasting your replies here. "Give your registered contact number or email ID", I'm not going to give you anything so DO NOT WRITE THAT SAME REPLY THAT YOU ARE WRITING EVERYWHERE IF YOU ARE ACTUALLY READING THIS!!!

If everyone is complaining about the same thing, the problem is within your whole organization. So instead of asking me my email ID, draft an email to your CEO and tell them to improve the organization otherwise it will be doomed really soon.

Dear Sir, I am Akanksha Pandey, owner of the Firm M/S Kaptown Kreations. One mr. Deepak from exportsIndia.com sold me Growth accelerator plan of their company making false promises and even after 3 months of plan subscription, i have not been provided with the complete plan details neither on email nor in hard copy. Most of the jobs as promised by him under the plan is still not completed for onboarding activity even after complete payment...

They are not giving any business and still asking us again and again to buy there membership pack for getting business from them there account manager are not appointed to handle your account even they are salesperson behind the face of account manager.no one keep there promises .very bad experience

I get calls everyday for same services..I requested more than 100 times not to call but they call n harass all the time. same person calls everytime from different number n changing his name.

We have renewed our platinum membership on 28th Jan 2020 for 5 Years with payment of Rs 10000, which was valid till Feb 2025 - All process done through RM Mr Anand

Recently in August 2021, we received another call for renewal for another 5 years with same rates after discount for Platinum Membership with 35 pages, website renewal, domain Renewal & Google keyword promotion & update of website. - for the same we have paid another Rs. 10000 in August 2021 - Which should be extended up to Feb 2030 - but exporters India People is not ready to give us the same in written in invoice

Now they are saying that our previous payment was for domain renewal and this payment is for platinum membership, it is clear cheat

Our Platinum Membership with 35 pages, Website renewal, Domain Renewal & Google keywords update services shall be renewed till Feb 2030 - and we want it written in invoice - because after this we can not trust exporters India company

We have everything in written mail, we want invoice with clearly mentioned that all below mentioned services will remain active period - up to January 2030

Website Renewal.
Domain Renewal.
Platinum Membership with 35 page Renewal.
also update your website keywords on Google.com timely.

Either renew our services till Jan 2030 / Either refund the amount of Rs. 10000

Firstly I hope exportersindia has a system of resolving complaints. I say this because, IF I do not hear back a resolution, I am ready for taking this matter higher up.
I got a CALL TOday (however I have got many calls in past - and I have politely refused to call me back again) from one of your representatives who said his name was Vipul. I rejected the call first as I was having lunch. He called back straight back. I answered the phone thinking it might be an urgent call. When I answered he asked if it was me speaking. I without confirming said I had disconnected the call earlier and why is he calling back... From this time onwards, the person started becoming very rude, arrogant, and even harrassing. He said why should I havent called you again.. I said its harassment and have told not to call again... the thing very quickly got into a heated arguement (just in seconds).. i shouted at person to be intelligent and not to talk like this... he also shouted back saying i should not talk like this... the person went ahead and said to me that I am an ### and I am not a gentleman... when i said I will give a complaint, the person said do wheatever you can and I am waiting...
This was basically a communication where he kept on swearing at me.. the point is this is not CUSTOMER service and this is not how your employees can behave... I call it personal harassment and would be going ahead with a police complaint.
I want you to stop calling me for ANY PLANS straight away... I have told it 100 times but your people do not listen... this person actually was an ### and did not know how to speak..
After that I called him again to ask his employee id.. he refused and said will not give... 30 seconds later he called back and there was apparently a senior of him who spoke to me...the senior said his name was Maldeep Singh.. he was polite and apologised... My wife spoke to the senior...
The employee code given for vipul by maldeep was - 1036... maldeep employee code as given by him was 10216... the number he called us from is [protected]..
YOU CANNOT CALL ME AGAIN FOR ANY PLAN SALES... MY PHONE NUMBER IS [protected]... I WILL TERM IT AS HARASSMENT. I COPY OF THIS IS GOING TO LOCAL POLICE STATION AND DGFT..
A quick response against action taken against Vipul is solicited... Hope you are clear on this... if you require any information, PLEASE CALL back...ashish
