I have fdrs of Helios & Mathesion IT Ltd bearing fdr no- CDB 031247/31249 /31250 of rs.31000 each in cumulative option, which were due on 20/12/2015. Till today i have not received any maturity amount of said fdrs from company. Do needful in this matter. Thanks....

I am a senior citizen and have been defrauded of my Fixed deposit amount by Helios and Matheson. Many companies are defrauding fixed deposit holders. I think we should politicise this issue, because thousands are suffering. Between the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Company Law Board, not much action is being taken and few if any depositors have got their Principal deposits back, let alone the interest. I had invested in FDR via TDR No. FDB 027256 dated 2 July 2013 in the name of Smt. Madalasa Rao for an amount of Rs 4, 00, 000=00 which have already matured on 2 July 2016. I have received all advanced monthly interest cheques of HDFC Bank from them & started bouncing from December 2014 stating insufficient balance. I have been surviving from the monthly interest & my hard earned money is blocked by not paying the Maturity money.
Please do reply & solve this problem immediately.

My TDR No CDB031992 Dt. 08/JAN/2013 for Rs. 25000/- is a cummulative deposit for three years matured on 08 JAN 2016.
I have not received the maturity amount till date. The maturity value as on 08/JAN/16 was 35770/-.

My Mum Synora Marie Gonsalves a senior citizen who sadly passed away of Cancer in 2018 was due 25, 000/- + 10, 770/- in April 2016 on her fixed deposit invested,

I, Danielle Maria Gonsalves was due 34, 000/- + 14, 647/- on my fixed deposit which was due in June, 2015.

Helios and matheson had received 1 Fixed deposit from me on 26/7/14 and another 2 fixed deposit on 20/9/14. Maturity date was 24/10/14 and 24/11/14 respectively. Till date, they have not returned fixed deposits and interest. They have issued demand promisary note on 26/7/14 and 26/8/14. Receipt number 4322 dated 26/7/14 for Rs.500000. Receipt number 4323 dated 26/8/14 for Rs.400000. Receipt number 4324 dated 26/8/14.

In spite of so many reminders & follow ups, company is not paying principal amount nor interest amount till to day.
Company stated that due to cash flow issue & change in law to company act 2013, we are not able to meet the payment schedule to investors.
Plz. be noted that Company has not paid any amount from our fixed deposit.
Kindly arrange to resolve the matter at the earliest.

here my age is 73, no income earning and many expense in medicine bill.
