So on 1st may, 2020 we (Van agro farm) subscribed for the platinum plus membership plan (Annual plan) of exporters india to get the benefits of scaling up our agro based farming business. Initially the company promised about giving the business demand of products by 20 exporters per month for expanding the business globally and asked rs 24, 000 for the plan. The idea of global expansion for a farmer is ideally very much benefial so we subsribed it. Further the company proceeded it formalities and set up a website on the behalf o[censored]s.

After 1 month there were no exporters call or enquiry related to our products, on complaining this to our support person he pressurised us to take package of 3 or 5 year plan to get benefits of exporters, which in earlier time was promised to get even in the annual package. On denying the further upgradation in plan the support person started shouting, behaved rudely and said we can't do business. This was the first time company tried to violate right to choose.

On complaining this to support care of company the support person was changed but there were no improvement in business enquiries. Further more 3 months passed away and still there were not even single genuine deal made possible by the company, and now we were not even getting 5 buy calls which were earlier promised to get atleast 20 buy calls per month. Also the company promised to give unlimited business enquiry through the website but not even a single person called in 3 months for the products. Also the salesman of the company promised that we would get so many products demand that we would not be able to fulfill the demand, but no such thing ever happened. Also the company started declining its promises.

After that when we saw no return on investment we complained all these things to the company support care but nothing changed. While researching about the company we found that we are not alone, there are many people who were cheated by the company. Many people have written complaint about, company forcing to upgrade to 3-5 year plans and even after not giving valuable services.

After the complaint when nothing happened we asked for the refund to the company, on which the company replied they have no refund policy on their term and condition. Sure, they would have such policy but they even need to fulfill all the promises they made while selling the service. We were guaranted 20 buy calls per month and unlimited business enquiries but none of the statements were fulfilled by the company. The company is not fulfilling its promises and is stating us for not to ask for refund. Thus violating right to seek redressal.

Furthermore when asked about what happened to the 20 guaranted buy calls per month, company replied that the buy calls are on demand basis and are not guaranted, which was totally against to the statement said by the salesman while selling the service. The salesman statements were about minimum 20 buy calls per month and unlimited business enquiries. Also the salesman statements were against the terms and conditions and when we said about to the salesman he said its all formalities you just have to accept to proceed further. Later none of these things were ever fulfilled and company is not even accomodating our grievances.

For the evidences we are not able to upload call recordings of the salesman, because there is not any option for mp3. But we would like to share it if the forum ask for the evidences. Finally we would like consumer forum to pay attention to this case as company is related to agro business and most clients are poor farmers which are fooled and cheated by such trade activities.

Also in our case where no promises related to the buy calls were ever fulfilled by the company, we would like full refund of rs 24, 000 for the unfair trade practice and violation of consumer rights.

The EXPORTERINDIA IS TOTALLY FRAUD COMPANY.
They promise wrongly to drain your money and the asking for extra money of which they already promised to deliver in package value. Totally dissatisfied.
Recently i wasted my 1, 07, 400/-. Advice you all don’t invest on such EXPORTER INDIA company.
Don’t trust with their employee/executive’s answers. Since long time, Mr. Amit Pandey [+[protected] /+[protected]] was interacting with me for explanation of benefits and services for Platinum plus package.
During explanation, he was explained very well about platinum plus package and along with; he explained one example of how they give service in platinum plus package. He gave us example of various companies which is listed in exporters india. they explained, how they provide efforts to keep promoted company in top in platinum package, for that service, they provided cost initially, 35400/-, then told by him to finalise in 27225/-, finally made a deal with 27400/- including GST for one year. we made a payment on 26 Feb 2020 for 27400 in against of his Invoice No. - 123237. Again March 9 2020 i got a call from executive executive [Mr Ashutosh +[protected] / MR VIPIN +[protected]] from exporters india and explained about importance to get on top of the search engine and told there will be extra amount to avail that service. that was 80000 [including GST]. During their call, he never informed us that we will need to take extra package for website promotion. He told us about the above said extra package of 80000/- after our payment getting done of 27400. we have kept all data corresponding with all executives.
After we had paid full amount in two part wit 35000 [12th March 2020] and 45000 [14th March 2020] via netbanking on their payment portal. (19 feb 2018), we got call from billing dept of EXPORTERINDIA, that clear the due amount, but we already paid full against Invoice No. – 125463 . When the said services will be done within a week after full payment received, it’s still not done . Also no proper response from them on designing, many times asked corrections in designing and details. But they didn’t make that changes, EVEN NOT PROVIDED DOMAIN ID AND PASSWORD after asked many time to till now. When we ask him for that false promise of the duration, payments as well as the HOSTING LIVED OF OUR WEBSITE WITHOUT INFORMING US as it having many wrong information is there in the website which was already informed to them by us and not changed by them, it was a very rude behavior we faced and he is not at all accepting his mistakes that he promised wrongly, All these mistakes were done from their side. EVERY TIME THERE IS NEW PERSON WHOM WE HAVE TO DISCUSS ALL THE DETAILED DETAILS. EXPORTER INDIA NOTHAVING A RESPONSIBLE PERSON IN THE COMPANY; EVERY EXECUTIVE IS JUST PLAYING THE GAME OF PASSING.
[till now, we interacted with MR AMIT, MR VIPIN, MR ASHUTOSH, MR KAMLAKAR, MS HIMANI, MR TARUN..etc]
We are not at all convinced for what he promised to deliver and what they told me after my payment got credited. THEY ARE JUST WASTING TIME SINCE FEB 2020.

We are not at all satisfied with their service and their convincing skill. We want our amount return. Even now onwards, We shall not suggest anyone to take service of this website / b2b company.

Totally dissatisfied, waste of time, such a waste of money.

I registered in exporters india portal since last 6 months back and till so far i didn't receive even a single lead and due to your this unprofessional behavior, which is completely intolerant.

And due to this negligence from your end, i don't want to continue with the company like you exporter india (Ambar gupta - sales team).- unprofessional employees

As per your commitment at the time of registration, you told me six leads per month as per my criterion but after i made payment to you guys, there was no response from your end to my calls and text.

This unexpected corporate style of working of your is not competent to me at all.
So kindly initiate refund asap.

The firm send us and invoice and we made 50% payment

He gave us a faulty vehicle number driver details on 8 th april
We were in constant touch with him and driver for material but that was never delivered always promises were made that it will reach pune in next 2 days we the n demanded refund which is still not given back and always promised in next 2 days that has happned a number of times '

We are asthamangal gift & craft, from kathmandu, nepal and have been member in exportersindia since last few year and just upgraqded as global seller on nov, 2019.

Same year, 2nd december, we paid inr 50, 400.00 for gateway link of payment. After payment received, exportersindia just pretending and ignoring our call and message on whatsapp, skype and mail.

Please help us, we are cheated by exportersindia very badly. Suggest us what should we do now?

Exporterindia is completely fraud company. They are big cheater. If you are an entrepreneur and wants to grow your business then never join this company. They will offer you so many attractive offers to grow your business. They will call you so many times to convince you to join with them and try to convince you by offering fake promises. Once you join and make payment they are succeeded in traping your money then they will ask you to pay extra money for other services which they will not tell you before. If you do not pay extra money them they will tell you that if you do not pay extra money then they can not help you. Now as you have already invested your money you are in trouble and they will convince you to trap your money and then you will lose. Here you will not get single business from them. There are so many peoples already trapped in their fraud and facing problems. You can read reviews of this company on consumer complaints forum. Their employees are not even talk you to solve your problems. They will tell you to wait and wait.
I strongly suggest you not to join with them because i wish you not to be trapped by them and awaring you to make you safe from them

I am sandeep thakur from dist mandi himachal pradesh country india. I have searched the jeans manufacturers from your site mayank readymade chhandwara muzaffarpur bihar pin 842001. Has shown me brand jeans of desiel and armani jeans. 30 piece of costs 375 per were order costing with gst 11500. I have neft him 3000 rupees using imps as booking amount on 24 dec 2019 and 8500 on 26 12 2019.
But the other party send me used shirt 18 piece and 4 jeans cost 250 only.

I am dealing with exporters india since a very long time but this time i did my payment.. My some amount was left to be paid for which i was hampered very badly by your employees. I am a business man and do not accept this kind of behavior if you understand as well as on the day i made payment they forced me so badly inspite of me telling them that my payment has been done but bank has no 4th process they treated me horribly and now when i got pissed and said them to close my profile and refund my money they denied in a very bad way

My firm name is davai pharmaceuticals and i mostly do exports for which i require buy leads of foreign countries. Earlier i was getting good service from exporters india. Later on all international buy leads stopped coming to me. They asked me to renew my service to receive international buy leads only. They promised lots of things to get money. For example only international leads, leads mostly related to europe, better service. They asked to pay around 60% of the payment and to pay balance after 100% getting satisfied with the service. I made the payment and the service is still poor. Even after complaining many times nothing improved and i am getting frequent calls to pay the balance amount. I can not pay a single penny unless i am satisfied with the service. I am asking for refund and cancellation of my service but they are talking very rude. Worst service

I Take the Globals seller membership from exportersindia.com with seo project. i had invest more than INR 4 lakh in exportersindia.com. also i give more than 1 year time to exportersindia.com. But till yet i did not get any genuine buyer and genuine inquiry .
Totally fake committments as your employees said that i will get the first page ranking on google as well as your execuitve will help to get the deal materialized..but such things are not happening...your company is toitally fake and only cheating innocent business people even i can foind thousand of compaints against you online...your company and executives are used to do such craps..
so i decided that i will put a case against you if i dont get my refund within a week because i can get a website in 4000/- only why would i pay 4lac..
Urgent action needed and refund too...i am too much frsutrated and mentally disturb...dont make me to take any serious step against your firm...!!!

This is regarding my past few day experience i took services of exporters india... Sorry to say it was hopeless
New beginning which continued for a month but he committed me to give money in advance and i paid 6, 000... He said look at our work then pay rest amount of rs 4000/- but very next day he called me up and said things wont work until i pay another 4000/- after that also

I took a gold membership for m/s ureka electronics baramati dist pune maharastra from the company about a year and a half ago.
In this plan i did not get a single customer from the company.
On the contrary, it seems like a business to withdraw money in the name of the next level, for various reasons. So far i have received ten different phone calls.
I think this is a day-to-day fraudulent company.
Rule fraudulent company.

My only request is not to fall prey to this company's mistakes.
The government should also understand the original situation without looking into it.
If you walk around the market, many people will find thousands of people who have affected.
All their leads are false.
How can these people do the business of misleading people under the guise of government?
Friends, no matter what time you spend in this company, everyone needs to file a complaint.

I purchased their services. They promise me to be live in about 30-45 days its been more then 60 days i paid for the services & now everybody from there team stop answering the phone even the customer care number there is no one to answer the phone. A guy called ajeet was taking care of the service when making sales after their sale is done he also stop answering the phone.
They guys are full of scammers just want to take money from the vendors by showing they can get you business & after getting payment they stop answering the phone.

We purchased a website from Exporters India in 2012. At a sum of 100, 000 rs, we were promised a fully functioning website, email addresses for three years. However just after one year, our website was closed shut and we were asked to give renewal fees. We had to fight hard to get our website up as the services we purchased was for three years and we had email and bills to verify.

However as the agent who sold us, had already left the company so we had to deal with new agent, who were rude, not helping and will use unprofessional language. We wanted to change the service provider, however even when our contract clearly said that we will have exclusive rights over our domain name, Exporters India didnt gave us the rights and we were forced to renew our services with them again.

The last we got renewed our website in 2017 for three years, which means our website is to expire on 2020. The sum we paid was 10, 000 rs as was offered by one of their agent Himanshi, saying that there is a discount going on.

However just after a year, our website was shut again and we were asked to pay more money saying they are not liable to what an agent, who has already left the company, had promised them. They have been doing such things again and again. If we ignore they shut down our website, and when ask, we are not given right to our domain.

Now again some Danish has joined the company, and is forcing to pay our for some certificate we don't want to buy. He keeps on threatening and have again shut down our website saying this certificate is compulsory to buy but there is no such regulation.

Over and over in past 9 years, we have been harassed, forced to pay and they are continue to do so. And when I again called them today, to say that we dont want to continue our services with them, they spoke very badly, used abusive language and threatened.

Please help. We have all the emails to prove our claim.

I am Shailendra Yadav. Company name - DELPAULOEXPORT. Exporter India is most fraud, ridiculous and worst services ever seen before. I got a call from Kapil Mishra. I have visited his office. Initially, he offered me a package of 35, 400 Rs then his team called me and offered another package by making excuses that my website will be secured and blah blah.I made a payment and then again Kapil called me, for making a payment of Rs 66, 000 for Google maps will be installed on my website. Its been 2 months have passed and no google maps have been installed. I have invested a total of Rs 2, 28, 000. After payment, I have to force them to fulfill the services. What the hell.Till payment was made Kapil and his team was calling me even night 12 AM, but since all the payment is done and those who grabbed all my money they are hardly taking my call. I am calling Kapil Mishra almost every day but he is not taking my call. Whenever I will reach his office he will give me some promises which were never completed. They are just giving you leads which client used to post on the website. They will never give you any buyer, which is genuine. I have joined Exporter India in April, till now no genuine lead and no business from Exporter India. I was totally trapped especially by KAPIL MISHRA, the person who is next to Modi. He never takes my call, after I have cleared all the payments. This company had not dispatched me goods till now, every now and then they r fooling me that ur parcel is misplaced by courier, this happened twice.
Also they r not refunding my payment, they don't have money now, they will refund after some time
Already 4 months r over my money is with them, i need ur support to recover my money.
I need strict action from ur company against such suppliers so as to not commit this fraud again.

I had a call from your sales manager Mr.S.Karthik-Asst Manager-Sales & Marketing. wrong conversation with arrogant manner. it was a threatening from ExportersIndia. i never had this type of call from your side. i have handling more than 3 company profile in this portal. now i felt shame to have account in EI because of his behavior. after discussing all details regarding upgrade of profile, i asked time to discuss and think . but he disconnect the call and blocked my account and sending rubbish mail. is that the way you handling the customer. ? i never met this type of worst employee ever...
