[Resolved]  Exporters India — fraud company making fraud promises to cheat people

Hi, I had registered with Exporters India 2 months back where they charged 13800+25000=Rs 38800 for marketing my product globally. So I did the payment believing that this would be a GENUINE marketing team but this was not the actual image, these people started demanding for extra money to keep the website hosted, for which I denied. For 2 months, they did not provide a single deal relevant to my product and today one their person named Satish(could be fake) called me from his number +91-[protected], quoted that he was from Exporters India and was appointed for my portfolio to understand the issues which I was facing and promised that I would be paid refund of an amount Rs 19104 as they did not provide proper deals post registration. Initially I smelled something fishy but thought of believing as I had invested money in Exporters India.Later today evening he called me up and asked to register on the link which he told me verbally and told me to proceed to initiate the refund. The link was "WWW.exportersindiarefund.billingdues.com" . I registered myself believing this person and proceeded to the "PayUMoney" gateway, where he told me to mention my card details of the account in which I wanted the refund amount. I did the same and got an OTP for which I asked him what was that for?? for which he replied that it was the authentication method and told me to enter that. I did the same and got the message from the bank regarding the amount deduction from my account rather than being credited. I complained the same to him immediately but he replied saying that there could be some error from their side and told me to proceed once again by entering the same amount. I smelled something fishy here as well but this guy convinced me that I should believe him and I would get the entire amount back, so I did the same and there I was!! Cheated!!
I request each one out there to try and not listen to any of the brats these ####### people from Exporters India talk and don't be fooled like I was. If anyone has already registered and if they get a call for refund and all those things then please do not entertain these fools and please don't fall prey to their calls. If anyone still has any doubts then I have all the evidences with me with which I am going to file a case in consumer court in person as well.
