Express Packers & Movers — Non delivery of luggage

I, Dr Priyanka Das, and my mother couriered our luggage worth 50, 000 from Bangalore to Guwahati on 4th Dec 2023 through this company managed by Mr Akshay Uday Naik. We were asked to pay Rs 4200 and were told that tracking details would be sent to us through mail, which they didn't. To date, our luggage has not been delivered. When we tried calling them, they made fake excuses and blocked our numbers. He would threaten us and start using harsh words when we mentioned complaining to the police. The luggage included valuables like books, certificates, dental instruments, clothes, shoes, etc.
I have even filed an FIR but still haven't gotten any update.
