Over 100 mails and numerous phone calls over past 100 days, there hasn't been any clear picture being provided by the Expresscareer Team. There have been several people over the time frame of over 3 months, namely Siddhartha Jain, Pawan, Vishal who seem to work for this recruitment agency termed under Expresscareer. on 27th of December i had made my first transaction of for registration which costed INR 3800, and as evident from other consumer's complaint, they in a very fraudulent way squeezed out over INR 25, 000 to initiate the so called recruitment process, which according to them is still under process since 28th of December 2015. Thereafter it was never only me who followed up with them, and time to time i was only told to be patient and it will take minimum of 2 to 3 month as we search for undisclosed vacancy in specified org that you seeking a job. Every time i called i was given a another date and time to call as the concerned person either Siddhartha/Pawan (Contact : +91 [protected]) is not available or will call back for sure, however calls never came back. Till date i waited patiently considering all they need was time, and as it is difficult to get a desired job on my designation i complied and gave them the desired time. To my amazement, after such a long wait of 105 days (patient enough) i was told that i cannot be given the job in the company as there is no vacancy, devoid of them mentioning that the person leaving the company is on notice period and hence i have to wait for 3 months at the least. So i mentioned that it's fine, if you can try other company as there are several others in the gulf market where i had personally applied and sent them a link on mail to try and fix an interview for the position available, they failed there too. They have been non responsive and i am in a desperate need a job abroad, and have given them number of options too, however this seems to be a big company with non-responsive and people with fake promises and having the art to mint money. I want to sue the company and ensure they do not have any more innocent customer in their girth who are forgotten as soon as the payment for the process is done. The website "www.expresscareer.in" doesn't work any more, and the contact rings however no one responds back. Another Email [protected]@expresscareer.in where i was constantly sending my mails, they haven't been convincing and truthful. This is so not good for job seeker, who believe and trust online portals. Please do something about this and highlight and find out the culprits and put them behind the bars.
