I got it from mr. Saxena who then will transfer your call explaining that the call is being recorded and blah blah and they are transferring you to the senior from the hr who will handle and guide you through. Then you might hear from mr. Siddhartha jain, who will ensure you make the entire payment part by part, starting from 1800 to 8000 to 10000. You will feel looted, cheated as they will never tell you the entire amount to pay at first, which indeed if they do, you will not go ahead with the payment. Once this is done they will for the record send you the confirmation details of your payment for products and services, no mention fo expresscareer anywhere, and indeed which is of no avail. Now the part of waiting for three months kicks off, you follow up, they ask for time, you follow up, they ignore, you follow up, siddhartha jain goes for leave, you tell them you will complain, they ignore. It's already 3 months by now, so they will inform you that they have stopped working on your profile, and hence will proceed for refund after deducting the service tax. By this time you are so frustrated about the entire process that you feel cheated about everything that you decide to complain, and then once you do that they will be like, we shall not process the refund as you had complained, and we are not fools and hence we have kept you refund on hold. They will not even trust you, who has trusted on them for 3 months by giving them all the money they asked for, reason being, you made a complaint. And they find it all the bigger reason not to refund your money, and keep it on hold since i complained, and will not refund me my money. Be it, keep the money, i will earn it back again, with a promise that i shall spread this news everywhere and make people aware the category of frauds you guys are, specially mr. Siddhartha jain, you will never be forgotten my friend, never!!!
