Hi,

I had ordered 1+1 MI M3 band through your website, https://www.ezeedeals.in, on 5th May, 2019 and had paid through internet banking, the details of the same have been attached herewith. I received the product on 7th May, 2019, the details of the same have been attached herewith.
First of all, the product I have received isn't the one mentioned in the advertisement of yours on Facebook. The ad claimed the product to be 1+1 Mi M3 band but the one I've received is of some different and cheap brand.
Also, the product wouldn't even connect to my phone inspite of following all the steps mentioned in the manual. It is a complete waste of my time and money.
I tried calling your costumer care number but there was no response from your side, the details of the same have been attached herewith..
I need a full refund to be done as soon as possible. Please respond to this email or else I'll be forced to make a complaint at the Indian Consumer forum.
