I brought mi band 4 at 1999 rupees..
After delivery I get 300 rupees "yoho m3" band and customer service are not reachable.. please help me...

The product i have ordered is jbl bluetooth charge3 worth of rs 1499 it includes tws ear pods free of cost and the product u have received is of local made which is not even worth of rs 200 and also no ear pods in it when i tried to contact customer care number it says that they are busy please call back after sometime, i would like your higher officials to take necessary action for cheating people across the country

I bought the said watch on cod basis paying rs.1999/- and when i received it do not work, no charger, no port for charging, there is switch for switching on. It is totally not usable watch and there is no instruction how to charge and other details. One person from the company called me ([protected]) upon my mobile and confirmed my address to send the item on cod basis. After getting this non usable item i tried to call the number ([protected]) but it automatically get switched off after two rings (Which means once they shipped the item they put the number as black listed or in blocked mode). I contacted the courier (Bluedart) and collected the information that it is dispatched from delhi and they gave a contact number ([protected]) when tried to connect it says "the number do not exisit".

Please take necessary action to get the company closed, so that they do not cheat more people.

I have ordered wireless earpod aq30p it got something else.. When t se guys can’t delivery what the product is shown then why they have to display? Who is hell responsible to screw these guys who does this? Got product from viviki patparganj industrial estate, new delhi 110092... The product which i received is not worth if rs.50 even.. I want my money back or the product which i ordered.. I’m an advocate, i will take this matter to consumer court if there is no proper response

I had ordered jbl bluetooth speakers with free ear buds. I receivede duplicate speakers and also there was no ear buds. Eez deal is fraud and are cheaters.
The speakers are of very bad quality i had bought this to gift someone.

I tried to contact the customer care but they wont pick up my call in fact the phone rings once and automatically gets cut. I sent them mail but no response from them.

Please be informed that, i have ordered jbl portable speaker and earbuds on a combo offer on 17-october-2019. I have received the parcel on 22-oct-2019 and there is no earbud and the speaker is an unbranded item and not jbl. Accordingly, i advice them to send me the items which i ordered or return the cash at the earliest. I received an email on 23-oct-2019 stating that they will contact me with in 48hrs, till no response from them.

I am not at all satisfied because in their website, i have seen same offer at a price of rs: 1490/- and the individual price for jbl portable speaker rs: 789/- and for jbl earbuds rs: 1249/-. If i bought this even separately i need to pay only the amount that i have paid already.

Let me first express my severe displeasure and worry for being cheated in a very unscrupulous way by your firm. I had booked a jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker on 10/10/2019 with receipt number #[protected]. There was an attractive offer of a tws mini earpod free along with it. But i didn't get that offer. The most disappointing fact is that the speaker which i received here on 23/10/2019 through dtdc corrier is not at all the one which i opted and paid for.
Therefore i hereby earnestly demand a rectification in this deal. Otherwise i shall definitely move a complaint in the consumer forum.

I am subhasis biswas, had placed a order in ezee deals in 10th oct'19 for jbl original bluetooth speaker and with the combo offered product bluetooth earphone watching perfectly in this cheater site, i also paid with rs 1439/- immediately but when i have received the product 14th oct'19 and saw this is a 3rd graded (Made in china) bluetooth speeker and headphone.
Several times i have tried to this [protected] given number for contact but failed and also tried to mail for communication, but mail bounced.

Help me to recover my payment (Awb no[protected] courier partner - dotzot)

I have order krypton hope 3gb 32gb bluetooth android 7.1.1 1.39" 4g smartwatch on 30 sep.

Shipping details time not received. I have seen review, this site given the wrong product, his customer care number [protected] not working, ony 1 ring after automatically disconned.

I had purchased i10 tws airpods from this website and they had forwarded me i7. As soon as i received the product i am trying to contact them via email and phone but they are not replying to any of it.
Moreover the wrong product which they have sent is also not proper. The case doesn't charge the airpods. Please check into the matter and try to resolve as this was the gift for somebody.

Pursuant to attached mail dt 20th september 2019 sent to eeze deals support team a call was made by one of the eeze deals executive on 21st september 2019 to confirm captioned cancellation and refund request. Upon, confirming the same the said executive had intimated me that the same is cancelled and refund request is processed. Today (23rd september 2019), i was shocked to receive the package from your company.

I state that i haven't opened the package yet and it is liable to be returned on account of the eeze deals executive's failure to cancel the order as per my mail dated 20th september 2019 and communication with executive who had agreed to cancel and process the refund request as per mail attached below.

Please find attached screenshot of the mail request and photo of package arrived at my residence despite cancelling the order.
This complaint is now being made to urge eeze deals to make arrangements to take back this order which is now intact without being opened and process my refund request vide attached mail dated 20th september 2019.

I have ordered jbl flip 3 blutooth speaker and tws mini earpod and they send me a local portable wireless speaker and theye didn'tsent me earpod what is only worth a rs.200 while they charged me rs.1439 and blutooth speaker and speaker is not even working. Hi Sir,
I purchased Frontier S3 smartwatch worth of Rs.1699 from Ezeedeals. They delivered very poor ordinary product.
I have returned the same to the address they mentioned in their return Policy (Ezeedeals Returns Section, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi) within 7 days from the delivery as they have mentioned in the return policy.
They are not even responding to my mails at all.
Please help me to have refund from Ezeedeals.
