I booked a order of portable speaker and one bluetooth is free with this i received my order 8 may 2019 at 4:20pm

In the box there is only i found bluetooth, the mini speaker box is empty, speaker is missing, i tried to call cx care no [protected] which is mention on bill but the no is out of range.

I paid the amount on order placed.

Please do some needful
I want my money back or otherwise give me the ordered speaker
