I have ordered jbl bluetooth speakers with mini earpods at a cost of rs.1439 and now they have delivered speakers of any local brand even though there is no tag of jbl it means that they are delivering the copied items of jbl and i have ordered mini earpods and they are giving me one ear bluetooth instead of earpods. I have called their customer care and call is not connecting. I want to return it and refund my money because if i'm paying for any brand why should i'll buy a non - branded things.
