Ezee Deals — promised product is not delivered/ fraud

I ordered jbl flip 3 + twis earphones combo for rs 1439 but they delivered local chinese speaker and a single ear earphone. They are fraud they charged me in advance and there is no way to reach them. They provide me only on customer care number but it doesn't work. How can they cheat people who will going to help us. Fraudster ezeeedeals. They are still selling same deal.

I also purchased the same product. They had called me from a number before the product was delivered. even that number seems to be not receiving any calls. ezeedeals is a totally fake company. Unfortunately, they are operating from New delhi and there is no way we can personally go there and trace them.
