Ezee Deals — worst product

On 14th june i purchased mi band 3 buy 1 get 1 free (Eze000555) from ezeedeals (Order no.: #[protected]) which was delivered to me on 19th june late in the evening after 7 pm. I found the pack absolutely unreliable and even the product purchased was used one with many scratch marks on it. I tried calling on [protected] but every time the call gets disconnected after 2 rings. And also dropped a mail on 20 june 2019 but have not received any reply. So please revert.
