Ezee Deals — wrong product delivered

I had ordered mi band 3 (Which had 1+1 offer) :https://www.ezeedeals.in/mi-band-3-buy-1-get-1-free, but received m3 band (Duplicate) and received only one product instead of two. I tried to contact customer support mentioned on the packing, it was unavailable. Also tried to contact support from website, it just disconnects. I dropped an email mentioned on the website even that doesn't get delivered. I want my refund of the product. Kindly help me to get my refund or get the correct product.

I had the same experience. I tried to call the customer support no# but that's also is fake no#. Please help to refund our amount...

Such a Crap
India Cyber crime can stop this
Because this type of fraud happening day by day on daily basis more than 10 lakh rupees fraud this Company doing as seen complaint against them
They don't having any customer care no. And not even Tracking system on their website

We have ordered a JBL Speaker on EZEEDEALS accordingly we place the order and recd the same...But in the box duplicate speaker found which is not make of JBL and performance also too bad..

Its Fraud...

So we tried to return it but NO RESPONSE from EZEEDEAL peaple and nobody lifting the CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER ALSO...Its toooooooo bad and bogus site...
