I had ordered a smart watch via order no. [protected], payment id# [protected] dtd. 06.02.20.
I received the watch on 11th and i found its totally different without any brand name, invoice, and very cheap and defective material. (Watch received in a brown box without label or any other product documents/details.)
The parcel doesn't contain invoice copy or any other documents.
I need refund of rs.1499/-
