I ordered a smartwatch with 360 rotating hd camera.. But i got a smart bracelet instead of that... That smart bracelet was not worth of that... I gave them ₹1899 for that smartwatch but that smart bracelet was worth of ₹600... I already informed them but their was no respone from their side... They sent me a auto respone email saying that there will be delay in repsone because of heavy transaction there... I request them to please replace...

I had ordered a smart watch via order no. [protected], payment id# [protected] dtd. 06.02.20.

I received the watch on 11th and i found its totally different without any brand name, invoice, and very cheap and defective material. (Watch received in a brown box without label or any other product documents/details.)

The parcel doesn't contain invoice copy or any other documents.

I need refund of rs.1499/-...
