Subject:SAM[protected] Dear Ezeecloud team, Ref: Reference Number SAM[protected] I have done a Hotel booking through Ezeecloud portal Samraj Hotel during 2nd Dec to 4th Dec, 14, but when I visited the hotel it was told that the hotel don't have any information about the booking, moreover there were no room ended up searching different hotel paying higher charges.
