I booked a room in Hotel Saratha Rajan in Madurai and cancelled the booking on Jan 19 (Reference no SAR[protected]. Expected refund amount credit date was 01/02/2017. I received an SMS on Feb 8 stating that the cancellation amount of Rs. 3260.80 will be refunded in two working days. It has not happened till Feb 14. Repeated calls are of no use. No responsible person responds to calls. The cancellation policy also sucks. Seems bogus site, and perhaps the hotel is also involved.

    I had booked one room in hotel tulip at digha through clicklytics on 26/07/2016 for the cost of 1633.10 and got confirmed by mail. Next day clicklytics sent me mail again for my booking cancelled and I had to do that thing so, I cancelled my booking as per their way. I got confirmed by mail from clicklytics that I will be able to get my money before or on 30/07/2016. Same thing happened with me after two days, they sent me mail again for booking confirmation and next day sent for booking cancelled. I did same thing again and again got same mail but, till now I haven't received my amount which was 1633.10 what I had given to clicklytics. I tried so many times to make contact with their customer executive but, due to their wrong number I couldn't make any contact with them . please help me to get my amount.

      I have booked a room thru ezeecloud from 14/05/2015 to 15/05/2016 on hotel blue bird, ooty vide booking ref no. Hbb[protected]

      While checking the hotel, the receptionist insisted us to pay addition rs 600 for extra person, even though the booking confirmation was clearly mentioned 3 adults +1 child. Mr. Harish of ezeecloud clearly confirmed that the the booking is confirmed and i have a voice recording of our conversation.

      I contacted mr. Harish [protected] and he asked us to wait 5 min to sort out the issue and never bothered to call back or pickup our calls. I have contacted ezeecloud customer service mr. Laxmi [protected] and she confirmed that she will sort out the matter but no response from her also.

      Ezeecloud is cheating the customers and need to take action and need to have compensation from this company.

        I had booked Alphine Glow Residency- sunrise hyderabad hotel via website www.alpineglow.net. My request was taken and after one day, I got a link to pay the money and confirm the booking. The link redirected to Clicklytics and I made the payment online.

        Hello! I actually had a reservation for Raj Classic Inn, Chennai from dec 12 to dec 14th (Reference Number :[protected]. But as Chennai got flooded, the hotel was not providing their service and I had to cancel the reservation through Clicklytics. So I called their customer care representative and she agreed to give me a refund. I received an email on Dec 4th 2015 that they are gonna charge me a processing fee ( INR 405) and I will receive a refund (INR 3645) for my reservation ( It was overall INR 4050). As I am writing this post its Feb 14th, 2016. Within this 70 days period, I have contacted many times (believe me, a lot of times). Every time their reply was "You will receive your refund within 2 days". They have blocked my number, blocked my brother's number and not willing to refund the money.This is really disturbing and disappointing from Clicklytics.

          On 15 Dec, 2015, I booked rooms at Royal Oaks Hotel in Shimla for date 30 Dec, 2015 through Clicklytics. I also got the confirmation receipt of room booking. But, when we went on there on 30 Dec, Hotel people said they did not received any mail and payment for this booking. On complain Clicklytics customer service said there was some issue in server thats why mail did not go to the Hotel. At the end hotel folks denied to give the hotel room due to this miscommunication from clicklytics. We suffered a lot to get the room elsewhere at the new year eve. This is a harassment to a customer. We paid the money but, did not get the service due to the mistake Clicklytics does.

          The payment was not credited to Hotel and they said CANCELLED for reasons beyond our control.
          How come one can plan their vacation or bookings based on this untrusted services.
          This sets a bad and immature example of a startup company like Clicklytics.

            I had booker LuxorPark in Hyderabad through through the Clycklitics portal( which appeared while trying to book) for 3 nights from 15th Dec 2015. After accepting the booking and payment of Rs5833.37 through my debit card, they cancelled the booking for reasons best known to them. They promised to refund the full amount of Rs 5833.37 and i gave them my bank details for the refund.Till today I have not received the same. They are not even responding to my calls. I am aware that there are others who have suffered the same like me. May I suggest that the website be blacklisted or better still deactivated from the internet so that someone else do not fall prey to their fraud.

              I had booked a hotel at Guwahati through eZeecloud for 14th and 15th Sept 2015. However at the time of check out I was informed that they haven't sent any voucher/confirmation for the booking. As such I had to pay full amount to the hotel. At their call centre a lady named Lakshmi keeps telling me she has informed her Manager Malati, but refuses to share her telephone number. A mail sent to the email address that she provided me remains unanswered. Since I got no response from the company I lodged a disputed transaction complaint to my credit card company through which I had made the online payment. The amount has been temporarily credited back to me pending an investigation from their end. I advise customers to avoid the above company for any online booking. There are three different names associated to the group: ezeecloud, ezeestay and clicklytics.

                Sir, I booked a room in hotel heritage Inn bhubaneswar saheed nagar through ezeecloud infoserves pvt Ltd. But the company is scam because I came to know after consulting with hotel receptionist that no any online transactions was made by them no any third party was agreement with this hotel. My booking reference no HER[protected] on dated 17/07/2015 in packago.com So please suggest me how can I get that money I. e Rs 1800.26 for 2 days hotel booking through third-party, when I access to cancel of booking the server not responding.

                  On[protected] i made a booking for 1 night at Hotel Ashirwad, from[protected] to[protected] at 16 Connaught Road, Pune. The payment of Rs 4144.69 was routed through Clicklytics website and their Organisation eZeeCloud Infoserves Pvt Ltd. I received confirmation Ref No ASH[protected] confirming my reservation and saying that full payment has been made. However on reaching the hotel, i was informed that they have not received the payment from you, and this is not the first case with eZeeCloud. I had to make another payment in order to check in. I spoke to your staff the next day and explained the case, and was informed that i would get a feedback, but none so far. Kindly refund the amount of Rs 4144.69 immediately as this has not been credited to Ashirwad Hotel, and i had to make another payment to them because of your scam. Walter DSouza [protected]@gmail.com

                  I've had a similar experience. No responsible person has informed me regarding the status of payment which should have been refunded to me since I had to make the payment at the hotel.
                  I booked 3 rooms in Agra in Hotel - Swarajya Palace on 16th September'15 through Clicklytics.com provided by the customer care person (Ashok Kumar).
                  The concern person- Ashok Kumar (Mobile number: [protected]) told me these are AC rooms & sent be the below links for payment. I paid the amount & got booking confirmation.

                  Then I get another call from[protected] from a lady from Clicklytics.com at 15:24 PM confirming me for the bookings for Non-AC rooms. I said it was AC rooms as per the information given by Ashok Kumar. She said she will get back to me. However she did not. Then I called Ashok Kumar on his number many times. But he also did not pick up the call. Then onwards, the number is switched off Or Not reachable.

                  However when I call the Swarajya Palace Hotel owner Mr. A.K. Agrawal ([protected]), he said these are Non-AC rooms. Also he told that he does not have any information on these bookings.

                  I mailed them for cancellations of the bookings. But got no response.

                  I also called their Customer care number[protected] many times & the answer is all the customer care executive are busy. We will get back to you soon. Then the call got disconnected. No one called me back after.
                  After some days, when i called repeatedly the number[protected], the Customer care executive picked up the call. I requested them to cancel the bookings. They said, they do not have online cancellation option. They will send emails to my email id where the Cancellation acceptance button will be there. Then i have to click the button for confirmation.
                  They sent the emails. When i clicked the Buttons, it was taking me to the new booking Link instead of booking Cancellation confirmation page.
                  Again i called them, they sent me emails again. But this time there was no Cancellation acceptance buttons in the emails. I then called them many times. Every time they came up with a new story like they will discuss this with their RM (Relationship Manager) & will get back to me. But nothing happened.
                  Today (29th Sept'15), i asked one of my friends to visit their office in HSR Layout, Bangalore to discuss on this. He called me back saying that, the office does not exist at the location. Only a board is there with company name. When he entered inside, no Receptionist was there. Some people sitting inside were telling that they are from some other company.

                  I have similar experiences. The company is involved in frauds. I complained to my credit card bank through which I had done my booking. The complaint has been registered as a disputed transaction and the whole amount has been temporarily credited back to me. The whole investigation is likely to take seven weeks.
                  I am writing this post on behalf of a hotel in Goa. We received a booking from clicklytics portal in December 2017 and we have still not received the payment fro the same i.e. Rs 7676/-.
                  We have tried to contact all the numbers but they are not reachable.
                  The mails we sent have also bounced back.

                    I booked a room Hotel Tiara, Bangalore on 29 May on their website. But the booking automatically done through some agent sites. when I reached Hotel on 30th, the boy on the desk refused room and said my booking cancelled (though I already paid online banking 1550/-). They were not taking any responsibility even when I said that it was booking through their website. Later, I was offered a room (same room) for a higher price (2050/-), which I accepted. There was e mail from 'clicklyitics' (realised that they were the agents for booking) that my reservation is cancelled and money will be refunded. As asked I resent my bank details & IFSC. But till today no money returned. I sent a message on support on www.clicklytics.in. No body answered. I tried to reply on the email of cancellation information. It just returned back through to me. Till date no body from the company contacted me after this incidence, though they have my mobile number entered. No money is refunded to me as promised till today. It is disturbing to realise that a Hotel booking has becoming so much complicated and un reliable. Appreciate any suggestions to handle such occasions.

                      I booked Hotel Shivam of Howrah, thorugh them but when the poeple wanted to check in to the hotel, the hotel people said that they could not accomodate them without proper ID. The whole money paid by credit card was forfeited. This Ezeecloud is one of the most best cheater company of India. I still cannot understand why their trade licence is not cancelled

                        Dear Sir, i booked Anoop hotel through their confirmation email i asked them for my local ID proof of delhi. But they said there is no problem with the local ID but when i reached at Hotel they reject my ID and did not let me checked in. and i was very helpless that time because of clicklytics. So please i request you to take necessary action as soon as possible. And refund my amount.

                        Looks that clicklytics company serves as 'ghost' agent to many hotels. I am cheated when I booked on the website of 'Hotel Tiara' Bangalore in May 29. I was refused any room as they cancelled the booking. Clicklytics wrote they will refund my money but they did not and do not answer your complaint also.
                        I have had a similar experience recently. There is none other than the call centre lady who can answer my questions. Their RM's number is not provid d by the centre. Although I'm told the RM will contact me soon, none has contacted nor provided their number to me.

                            You have taken money for a cancelled hotel room at the Orbett Hotels in Pune. I cancelled a hotel booking for 29 November to 10 December on the 24 October 2014. Hotel Orbett acknowledged the cancellation on 25 October 2014 in writing. You, ezeecloud, have taken 33413.oo INR off my account in the UK on 5 December 2014. On 9 December I talked to the managers at the Orbett Hotel in Pune, Mr Pawar and Mr Sanchay and they both told me that they don't have the money and that the money was taken by you. I was never at the hotel and my cancellation dates back to the 24 October 2014. I have emailed you several times without ever getting an answer. I know now how bad your reputation is and if I don't get my money within SEVEN days I will take up legal proceedings. I will also make sure that none of my yoga friends worldwide who travel to Pune on a regular basis will book with you. Please reimburse me immediately.                               I am writing to complain about what a scam you guys have created. The way I have been treated is appalling. Booking a deluxe room in A-91, being shafted to a room after midnight after a long flight, forced with my bags in a rickshaw freezing night with men I don't know to another hotel I hadn't heard nor would my friends know where I was being taken to . To having a room with dirty sheets not even a nice cover on the bed and a leaking sink, making for a wet dirty stay . Then t give my laundry for ironing and washing coming back folded wet in bags and the other I ironed 3 days after . I am appalled and will be complaint to ezeeloud for the horrendous lack of hospitality and service. As well as deceptive advertising. Thanks for wasting my time in India with unnecessary stress ., now I have to check out with all my jackets and clothes wet in a suitcase in the cold winter. Very upset Evonne andrews I want a refund . Trying upload different photos of everything but it's not letting me. . There is meant to be an image of the deluxe room advertised, the muddy bathroom, the wet clothes in bags, crumpled uncrowned shirts, the dirty sheets and pillows, torn and discoloured .

                                This is a Bangalore based company which is involved with cyber crime, cheating and fraud. Tried to book Dersy Cottages in goa through their website which took me this third partys website for payment, and they acted like they were the owner of Dersy Cottages and insisted me to pay to confirm book. After booking, the hotlelier did confirm for any reservations, they are denying it. We should file a proper complaint in Cyber crime departments regarding these type of companies.                                   I booked two rooms at Hotel Kishan Palace Bikaner (Rajasthan) through eZeecloud on dated 03/12/14 for 27/12/14 to 28/12/14 (1 day).As per option available for room booking on hotel site I filled my contact detail & email ID . Immediately I received a phone call from some Mr.Raghwendra (contact number +91 [protected]) from eZeeCloud. He informed me that rooms are available & will be confirmed once I make a full payment of Rs.1549.00. I made the payment & received a confirmation mail (reference number: HKP[protected] from eZeeCloud.I discussed hotel owner Mr.Mahendra for this booking on 04/12/14. He told me that there is no room available & he is not responsible for any booking done through eZeeCloud.I tried to contact Mr.Raghwendra many time but the contact on which I received his call is switched off .I fell myself being cheated. I did cancellation on eZeeCloud but I looking at above mentioned experience I am not sure that I will receive my payment back. Request for harsher actions against the defaulters.

                                    I BOOKED PARIMAHAL HOTEL SRINAGAR THROUGH ABOVE COMPANY UNDER REFERENCE ON 29/06/14 FOR THREE NIGHT TWO ROOMS AMOUNTING TO RS 22002/ I CANCELLED THE SAME ON 25/09/14.                                       We booked Hotel Snow Park, Manali from 2nd – 4th Oct, 2014 through Ezeecloud. Booking was done on12th Aug.2014 i.e. well before the time to avoid any future discrepancies. We also received the reservation confirmation mail and phone call from Ezeecloud. After a long journey (almost 20hrs) from Delhi, we reached at the hotel around 11 am on 2nd Oct. When we asked the receptionist at the hotel about our reservation, to our surprise, she told us that the said booking was cancelled by one Mr. Narender two days before. How dare other person can cancel our booking without our knowledge/information? When we defended, she told us to wait till the manager (Narender) comes. We sat at the reception from 11 to12.30 pm with our family including two small children and whole luggage. No welcome drink was provided to us from the hotel. After a long wait of about 2 hrs at the reception, Narender came and we spoke him about our bookings. On the contrary, he informed us that he had not received any mail from Ezeecloud about the referenced booking. Upon speaking with Ezeecloud executive, we were informed that the mail had already been provided. We requested Ezeecloud to provide us of copy of the mail which they sent to Hotel Snow Park, Manali, but they did not give it till date. Since we were too tired, we could not fight for the room but were forced to book another hotel (Hotel Shambhala) within a short time near to Snow Park Hotel and paid an additional amount to stay. As Snow Park Hotel has not provided us any accommodation, as a moral responsibility, they should refund our money our money back (Rs. 6233.60/-) from the hotel + a penalty for our mental agony. We request the concerned authority to take stern action against Ezeecloud & Hotel Snow Park for cheating. This is not the single case, if you visit the hotel's website, you can see a lot of complaints of cheating by the hotel. Jyothish Kumar K V / Rakesh Meena

                                      this company is not good ...this company cheating customers and employees they taken original copies of marks cards they are not paying salaries this is cheating
