Dear sir/ madam, i'm harpreet singh from ludhiana and i'm ordered speria s9 pro notch smartphone on last 26 may 2019 at 05:15 pm, and full payment done through my debit card, today i'm received my order, but this is totally low product. Mainly phone does not start and also its charger is already used and charger is micromax company. Today when i'm received your product i'm fully disappointed. Now i'm want to refund my money, please tell me what is full procedure, i'm paying you 3999 rupees, but i'm wanted 3500 rupees. My order no is [protected]. Please reply me soon as possible.
