Ezeeshop18 — Fake product received

Today 13th of November received my order reading Specticals and paid by UPI scan to Smart Express Private Limited Rs. 1, 119.00 It product is totally plastic Specticals. I got know that this is fraudulent product.
Tried to call customer care no [protected] but it is switched off.
Also tried to mail customer care but it is undelivered [protected]@ezeeshop18.com.
Address not found

Please assist to return and refund for my order.
