With due respect we want to inform you that we have received the above mentioned order of Intelligent photochromic/Autofocus/Anti Blue/Ultra light reading glass on date 23.02.2023.
But this glass is not fit for our Eye.Sending glass power is +1.25 but our eye is suitable for +2.5 power.
So please exchange it for power + 2.5 and if you unable to Exchange, please initiate the process of Refund our Money.
Delivery order no.AWB#[protected] through Blue Dart courier.
My eye power prescription is attached herewith.

I am trying to get replacement for a wrong product they sent. I tried to contact them but their email [protected]@ezeeshop18.com does not exist and their phone is switched off. I also contacted them through their contact page but no response yet.

Ordered adjustable frame but ended with dam reading glass which doesn't worth 200 bucks. Rather spending on websites if people invest on trust like supplying GENUINE products hope the seller would have earned a lot of money and trust.. cheap and dumb people make the digital marketing worst.. loosing my money today HELPs me to keep me away from such frauds who suck money out of our hard work.. shame on these ### ###.. comments after the product was received and not even 2hrs.

The product delivered to me is not suitable to my eyes. But I want to request for return no call is received to the number mentioned in website and when I tried to mail on [protected]@ezeeshop18.com my mail returned to me.
Please suggest and support to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, the Product reading glass that I received was not of the standard that I expected. The product was of substandard quality and made of low quality materials which may cost only Rs 100 for which I paid Rs 995

I have tried to contact your customer service department several times but to no avail. As a result, I am writing to request a full refund for the purchase price of the product.

I have enclosed the necessary proof of purchase, as well as a photo of the substandard product for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible.

but the item shown in online pictures is different and it has no adjuster as shown online, It is simple + 1 number glasses, not auto focused. I am not satisfied with the product. My order no. is 47318 and its price was Rs1199/-only.I received this article yesterday, I.e. on 18.01.2023.when I used this, I experienced that this is spectacles for near reading.Far pictures are seen blur and caused headache. For what purpose this article purchased, this article not serve that purpose. So I want to return this article back to you. Please take this back and return my money as soon as possible.
