Hi Today I received a product from Ezeeshop18. Com order date[protected] with invoice number 55523EZS. The product delivered to me is not suitable to my eyes. But I want to request for return no call is received to the number mentioned in website and when I tried to mail on [protected]@ezeeshop18.com my mail returned to me. Dear Sir,
With due respect we want to inform you that we have received the above mentioned order of Intelligent photochromic/Autofocus/Anti Blue/Ultra light reading glass on date 23.02.2023.
But this glass is not fit for our Eye.Sending glass power is +1.25 but our eye is suitable for +2.5 power.
So please exchange it for power + 2.5 and if you unable to Exchange, please initiate the process of Refund our Money.
Delivery order no.AWB#[protected] through Blue Dart courier.
My eye power prescription is attached herewith.
