Ezone — Axis bank debit card cash back

Hi

I am ASHISH JAIN. I have purchased Samsung Grand 2 from EZONE Old madras road bangalore. According to the offer i was supposed to get the 10% cash back on Axis bank debit card. But axis bank is not giving saying that debit card number is not provided in ezone CASH BANK BENEFICIARY LIST.Now they are troubling alot. My bill date is- 23 mar 2014

No answer or mail from ezone, neither from axis bank. what to do...how much i have to struggle?

Thank god i saw this post. I was going to buty a washing machine today with same offer 10% cashback on axis from Ezone. Now i won't buy..

INSTALLATION CD MISSING

LAST WEEK I PURCHASED TP LINK WIFI ROUTER FROM EZONE SHOP AT VIKHROLI-W IN HOMETOWN. WHEN I WNET HOME AND OPEN THE BOX I SAW TAHT INSTALLATION CD WAS MISSING. NOW I AM STRUGGLING FOR INSTALLATION CD
