My name is Sarvesh Palan i am a regular customer of ezone I visited your outlet in Mumbai malad Infinity malad branch but today your team has disappointed me no words to even escalate.. but I am gonna make sure that we do not purchase anything from your store .
I had my sisters wedding yesterday and had to gift refrigerator, since I am a regular buyer from your company i thought of buying from ezone after confirmation from your staff of ezone stating that he will deliver the product by 30/6/15 by I moved forward and purchased from ezone i purchased this product on 29/615 the next day I waited the hole evening but no delivery your your agent has even called us up on 30th June and said the delivery will be done by 4pm but no reverts from your end today your brand as got me ashamed front of my sister and family.. I therefore delay my given orders and I want my money back to be paid.. else I won't take time to take this social.. Please find the attached bill and mode of transition
