I purchased an iphone 5c 16 GB white on 6th may 2014 last year and i
lost the original bill and now i am looking for an copy of the bill but
when i checked with ezone central mall Bellandur store they are saying
they do not have the data and when i checked with customer care even
they are saying they are unable to find the details, i don't understand
ezone being an largest retail store how the hell they say like this
saying don't have the data or unable find the details, i need the bill
no matter what as i need to submit the same to apple for replacement of
my iphone. kindly help me. they guy with whom i was interacting when i
had purchased the iphone was Mr. Syed and the current store manager is
Mr. Farooq
