Ezone Enterprise — data entry company making fraud issues and took huge amount by harassing to come to court.

Sir, I Haneef mohd got call for data entry job for captcha filling work mobile number [protected] and company helpline number[protected] for which I had agreed on 25th June and started work by following their instructions. But 3 days later the reports sent by them were shocking that there were too many errors in work. When I called them to their helpline number they simply said that the work you had done is the system generated reports so I sent a detailed email that I want the detailed report of my work but they replied the same once again. So I stopped working after 5 days of work. Suddenly I received an email on 8th July by an advocate naming Aditya mane mobile bumber [protected] to respond for the notice sent for utility and maintenance charges as sent on my email. I was shocked that within no time they made a phone call naming Omkar mobilen number [protected] to make the payment towards utility and maintenance charges for which I had paid ₹5000 and asked the advocate that the matter is closed now he said yes. But on the same day evening he made a call once again and asked to pay the agreement cancellation amount of RS 15980 with 30 minutes for which I was very disturbed and they didn't gave much time also stating that either pay the amount or else you will receive a court notice for an amount of RS 125000/- (one lakh twenty five thousand). I was very much afraid as I never gone through this type of situation in my life. So I paid the said amount of rs.15980 also. On next day another senior advocate naming verma mobile number [protected] called and said you have to approach the courts proceedings to close the file as you have paid the amount please come and close the matter. I was afraid of all these issues and told that I cannot come to the court so he said pay RS 12000/- towards your photos and signature we will proceed your file and you will be free. So I thought the matter will be closed and paid the said amount also. When the third amount of RS 12000/- paid I made the call recording in that call they Said the matter will be closed today by evening you will receive noc to my email. As they said when I called once again for non-receipt of noc they didn't received the call and sent the noc to my email on 9th July evening. But the matter was not closed and to my surprise they called me yesterday i.e., 12th July and said to pay RS 14800/- towards court papers and courier charges otherwise I cannot get clearance from court and if not i will get a notice of RS 78000/- from court. As I was approached to one of my friend he suggested to not to pay any money these all are fraud companies so I followed him and when I saw the company details on Google I was shocked to see that numerous complaints flooded in the website of yours i.e., consumer complaints.in

Sir, please please help me in this regard as i am unaware of this type of fraud anytime in my life and want to refund my money as early as possible for which I will be very thankful and grateful to your good-self. Please help me and do the favourable action against this type of fraud companies and make people aware and awake from fraud companies.
