[Resolved]  Ezone Home Town — Delay in replacement of Damaged Split AC

I bought a 1.5ton Hitachi 5star split AC, model no.- RAS518EUDA on 02.05.2014 from EZONE NOIDA (The Great India Place Mall, opposite Atta Market A2 lower ground floor, sector-38A, NOIDA-201301, UP) and when the installation happened on 7th May, i came to know that the indoor unit is damaged one(gas leakage) immediately I complained on EZONE Customer Care number [protected] to replace the damaged indoor unit of split AC, my complain no. is 5052235.I telephoned several times to replace the damage one but no replacement has been done yet Every time they ask me to wait and they would get back to me. But the replacement did not happen yet.My SO no. is [protected], customer ID: [protected].
