Ezone — HP backpack not yet received which was suppose to come with Laptop

This is Nikhila Mayekar. I purchased HP Pavilion V021TU laptop from Ezone store in Bangalore central JP nagar mall on 28th march 2015. They had informed me that the backpack is free with the laptop. After I paid money for the laptop they informed me that HP backpack is not available and were giving me a Dell backpack. I told them I want an HP backpack only. SO they told me I need to wait for 2 days and they would call me to collect the bag. Till date I haven't received any call from Ezone stores. In fact I am calling them every 2 days and they are giving fake promises that I will be receiving backpack in 2 days. I am not understanding if I am ordering a laptop along with backpack they should get both the items together. I would like to know the reason on delay and when should I collect the backpack?
