Ezone — Kent dummy piece delivered

We purchased kent grand mineral ro water purifier from ezone store in phoenix mall pune @rs. 17000 on thursday 31/march.

Item was delivered on saturday 2/april which we found that it was an open box with clearly written dummy, not working sample, not for sale!!!

We are following up with ezone store manager since saturday and we are yet to get replacement with fresh & packed piece delivered still.

Request your intervention to expedite this customer pain request and arrange to get correct piece delivered asap tomorrow itself!
