[Resolved]  Ezone — Samsung PayTM offer not received

I bought Samsung Note Edge from Ezone, Outer Ring road, Bangalore 560037 on 14th February '15 . I was assured that I will be receiving PayTM coupon worth Rs.8000/- as part of the offer. It has been more than a month since I have bought my phone there is no clue as to where my PayTM coupon is. I have been constantly trying to follow up with Samsung sales person at Ezone and customer care, I have not received any justification for the delay. Now when I recently visited the store asking for the same, they say that they delayed giving me my Coupon and hence what ever I was entitled to receive has expired !
