Ezoneonlie — Product didn't come

Dear sir I placed my order22.06.2015 on ezoneonlie and my 40rupees extra deduct. As per company policy product are receive within 7 to 8 days but my product didn't send by company store. I am call company customers care but any person didn't give trust able answer. I want to cash back pay rupees. Please help for me cash return for my account.
