I have purchased morphy richards otg 18 rcc in december 2015. Till today they haven't sent an executive for demo and i have raised n number of requests to morphy richards customer care too. But no use. At the time of purchase, ezone executive told the oven is useful for all purposes. Its been 10 months and twice i tried using for re-heating and whatever microsafe bowl i use, its getting melt or break. Today i searched in google and i came to know its not useful for cooking & re-heating. When i called them to talk about it they behaved very rude and disconnected the call. The same happened with acer laptop too. Since it not their money they are misleading the customers and when we need their support for demo they are behaving very rude.
