On 23rd I recharged online the above sim for Rs 200/- by debit card through EZRECHARGEas there was a message from BSNL for full talk time on recharge for RS200/-.The money for Rs 212/- was deducted from my a/c & got the mail below but the balance is not increased till today. Pl. refund my money immediately.

Thanks for writing to us. As you said, your recharge was not successfull on 23/03/2014 16:58 for Rs.200. We transferred the amount to
your wallet account, which has been utilized on 01/05/2014 12:40 by yourself. Hope the issue is resolved by yourself.
