Ezulix Software Private Limited — ezulix worst cheater and fraud mobile recharge company

I have taken mobile recharge software from ezulix, and it was the worst decision of my life and i am really upset and they are not refunding money.. And they
Are unable to provide support also.. Always saying that we will call back but never received any call

Ek no is chor and fraud company hai

They are doing complete cheating business, the software and recharge services are not upto the mark, always fake promises

We are facing following issues

site bahut slow chalti hain, bahut baar complaint kar diya but koi sunta nahi hai
software main kai baar errors aati hai, bolte hain to 1-2 din main solve kar dete hain, jisse business kharab ho gaya hai
software reports are not ok, many problems in fliters, lack of many important features
many recharge services airtel, jio always down (Paisa kat jata hai and recharge hota nahi hai)
time se refunds nahi hote recharges
software server ka issue hamesha reahta hai, rechrge late hote hain and failure ration jyada rahta hai
success ratio is less then 75% for recharges and kabhi bhi margins low kar dete hain..

Kripya karke in logon ki bataon main na aayain and inse koi service nahi lain otherwise yeh log aapka paisa bhi kha jayenge,

At the time of sales they make many fake promises but baad main sirf aapko ghumayenge...
