Ezulix is big fraud company, Mahesh and arvind dono ek no ke chor hain, cost jyada hai margin kam hai phir bhi humne liya uske baad pahle paise le liye aur software diya jismain bahut sari error thi and aur paison ki demand karne lag gaye. Software main itni sari miskate thi jiski wajah se main aaj road per aa gaya hunn.. maine paise bhi diye aur lut gaya hunn

Recharge hote nahi hai complaint dalo to 2-3 din lag jate hain, support ke log humesha galat tarike se baat karte hain

Aeps me txn successful dikha dete hai aur paise bhi costumer ke account se kat jate hai lekin portel me nhi ate hai..

I have taken mobile recharge software from ezulix, and it was the worst decision of my life and i am really upset and they are not refunding money.. And they
Are unable to provide support also.. Always saying that we will call back but never received any call

Ek no is chor and fraud company hai

They are doing complete cheating business, the software and recharge services are not upto the mark, always fake promises

We are facing following issues

site bahut slow chalti hain, bahut baar complaint kar diya but koi sunta nahi hai
software main kai baar errors aati hai, bolte hain to 1-2 din main solve kar dete hain, jisse business kharab ho gaya hai
software reports are not ok, many problems in fliters, lack of many important features
many recharge services airtel, jio always down (Paisa kat jata hai and recharge hota nahi hai)
time se refunds nahi hote recharges
software server ka issue hamesha reahta hai, rechrge late hote hain and failure ration jyada rahta hai
success ratio is less then 75% for recharges and kabhi bhi margins low kar dete hain..

Kripya karke in logon ki bataon main na aayain and inse koi service nahi lain otherwise yeh log aapka paisa bhi kha jayenge,

At the time of sales they make many fake promises but baad main sirf aapko ghumayenge...
