Ezwaste Recycling Pvt Ltd — Non Payment of scrap value

I am the owner of vehicle bearing registration number DL 13 SK 3913. My vehicle was seized by Traffic Police Unit, Delhi on 7 june 2026 under the End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) policy and was handed over to Ezwaste Recycling Pvt Ltd, Badarpur, New Delhi — the only authorised Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF) in Delhi.

As per the seizure memo and the applicable vehicle scrapping policy, the scrap value of the vehicle is to be paid directly to the registered owner by the RVSF.

Despite waiting patiently, the company has made three successive commitments, all of which have been broken:

First commitment: A field officer of Ezwaste verbally assured me that payment would be processed within 7 days of vehicle handover. Payment was not made.
Second commitment: When I followed up by calling Ezwaste's official number, their representative assured me that payment would be processed within 21 days of vehicle handover. Payment was not made.
Third commitment: When I followed up again, I was given a specific date range of 15–20 July 2026 as the final deadline for payment. As of today, 20 July 2026, the last date of that window, no payment has been received.

It has now been over 3 weeks since the vehicle was handed over. Throughout this period, I have:

Not received any scrap value payment
Not received a weighment slip or scrap value calculation
Not received the Certificate of Vehicle Scrapping (CVS)
