I am the owner of vehicle bearing registration number DL 13 SK 3913. My vehicle was seized by Traffic Police Unit, Delhi on 7 june 2026 under the End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) policy and was handed over to Ezwaste Recycling Pvt Ltd, Badarpur, New Delhi — the only authorised Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF) in Delhi.

Mera vehicle no. UK04H8061 ko 19/03/2026 ko Delhi mein seize karke RVSF ko hand over kiya gaya tha. Seizure Memo mein spasht likha hai ki vehicle owner ko scrap value directly RVSF se milegi. Aaj tak mujhe na koi payment mili hai aur na hi koi communication mila hai.
