Fab bag — No pick-up

I am really disappointed with Fab bags overall after sale service. I was not satisfied with the product and I requested for a return, the fab team told me that there won't be a pick-up, and Ill have to send it to their address. I like doing online shopping but this is the first website I have come through which does not have a pick-up service for a return request.
