Fab Fresh — clothes were stained and destroyed when delivered after dry-cleaning

These folks are the worst. I gave them my clothes in pristine condition and without any stains (I'd worn them twice or thrice obviously!) and the state in which my clothes were returned is simply appalling and disgusting. Not to mention the near 2-week delay in having my clothes delivered to begin with. Their customer support is the worst (That is if you manage to grab a hold of somebody on the phone) and they have no system in place to handle deliveries efficiently. The worst!!!

For starters, the delivery wasn't anywhere on-time. I received the clothes close to 2 weeks after my supposed delivery date and that too was only after 20 calls with your people. I received the clothes, i kept them as they were since i had to travel for work. I got back yesterday and when i opened the clothes from their plastic covers, i was shocked to see the appalling state my "dry-cleaned" clothes were in. These clothes were in pristine condition before giving them for dry cleaning and the state i'm which they were returned is simply disgusting:

1. Celio linen white shirt - pen marks under the pocket.
2. Levi's linen white shirt - black/dark stains on the back of the shirt, yellow spots on both the sleeves.
3. Abof green linen shirt - brown stain running across the torso of the shirt.
4. Ucb white linen shorts - yellow spots near the back pockets.
5. Wills lifestyle black clubwear - the mandarin collar's all faded out and looks bleached.
6. Zara red knitted sweatshirt - the stitching near the neck are all coming out.
7. Bombay dyeing double mink blanket - one huge slit that's made the stitching on the blanket weak. Also, 3 of the corners have their stitches torn apart...
