"fraud company, lost rs.5000 shirt" never give your cloths. Worst laundry service, worst customer service, fraud company. I given my cloths but received wrong shirt, my shirt costs 5000 and i received another third class shirt. This company will take your good cloths and they will sell to another person in second hand price. Brain less customer service and company will shut down soon.

    Worst company and worst service, 1st they destroy my green kurti with red colour, 2nd, 2 of my leggings, and 3rd lost my maroon kurti from last 3 weeks i'm writing mail but nk response they even don't call or give clarification, today i'm going to raise a complaints in social media also so that other people also don't use their service very bad experience.

        I place the order on 29.11.2018 and today is 06.12.2018. For the last 3-4 days inspite of getting daily delivery notification I till now did not receive my laundry. Now its gone so much out of my hands that your company launderers not attending my phone calls. I am not getting any assistance and I am really clueless what to do. Its gone to a level where I don't mind even coming and collecting my clothes from your laundry. Please request you to assist me. My Order No is 47960. I am trying to reach out to the launderer but he is not answering. Request you to do the needful. This is not supposed to be done.

          My order id is 46137.

          I placed an order to iron 25 cloths with fab fresh on oct 20th. I was returned +with only 23 cloths.

          I have raised a complaint with their customer support team but no one had given status about my cloth and its more than a month now.

          But they have called me almost 30 times during this period for new order. Seriously they are annoying and they are just robots without any sentiments. They don't value people sentiments also.

          I have asked them not to call me lot of times until they resolve my issues but as i said they are robots and they never listen and see the previous history and keep calling every day twice at least.

          They think that they are promoting their business but in reality they are irritating a lot.

            I once took the service from fab fresh launderers in banglore. Since then after repeated feedback on their calls i have explicitly mentioned to not call me but they have not paid any heed to it. Their repeated callings have been a source of harassment to me and even if after filing this complain there is no improvement, then i would be left with no choice but to file an fir against the firm.

              I gave my clothes for laundry to fabfresh. Firstlythey took 4 days to return the laundry. Then when the laundry came, in two days i was able to figure out that some clothes were missing. I contacted the delivery guy, he asked to call the fabfresh number [protected] but no one picks up. Very bad service with no option to reach out to get back missing clothes.

                Made a mistake of availing their "service" before I saw their reviews. The pickup was prompt and payment was prompt. When it came to delivery it took a couple of weeks of follow-up calls (only I call, they hardly answer), lot of agony and desperate waiting everyday hoping you get it delivered.

                I feel lucky that I got almost all (only few missing.. it's not so bad right..!!) my clothes back.

                They tag each and every piece of your laundry (each sock, each hankie) with not one but two strong plastic tags. Which make big holes into your clothes. But that's not so bad, considering you got most of your clothes back.

                It was a nightmare to have engaged the "FabFresh" guys for laundry.

                PATHETIC is the word for their service.

                  Worst laundry service on the planet. Gave clothes for wash and iron and they promised delivery in 1 day, however even after min 300+ calls and followups finally able to get delivery after 1 week. Escalated the issue till their higher management and ceo stating i am leaving the bangalore and needs clothes badly but still it is of no use. And they have the world's rudest customer care ever. On delivery, you will find out that they do not even have normal sense on how to wash clothes. All white clothes will be turned red. Wonder how they wash even when no clothes given by you has red colour and even if you complaint no one cares. They have the worst business model, where even if you ask for clothes without wash and iron to return, as they are not able to process, they can't do that as well.

                    I had given two quilts to be dry cleaned. However, i received both the quilts after prolonged follow up with coffee stains. I returned it to them and again after a 6-7 day period i received them again unwashed, with the coffee stains. I asked them for a refund and they said that is not their policy and hence offered to again clean them and guess what happened the third time also i received it with coffee stains.

                      I have given 33 pieces of dresses for wash and iron.
                      All of them were tagged with a plastic tag forcefully anywhere in the dress.
                      Every cloth has atleast 2 holes made out such tagging. They have visibly torn the clothes. I have paid a tune of 580 rupees for my clothes. None of them are usable as they could be visibly seen when i wear them. I would like to claim damages for the same for a tune of rs. 50, 000.
                      There is a fundamental breach of duty by the vendor. I have given the clothes to be washed and ironed, not to be tagged and torn.

                        They are pathetic for the services, totally unprofessional.
                        They received my order with delivery date tuesday but once i called tuesday, they said not done and will be delivered wednesday, and i said even okay for that as i have to attend a function thursday. Now once wednesday came, they are still not ready for delivery and saying can't be done. You can take back your order.

                          I have been following up since past 10 days for it but no response. Every time i call up the customer care i am told they would revert back in 48 hours. Highly irresponsible company. Realized that i am not the first case they have been misplacing clothes of many people in the last few months...
                          we have 56 items of branded clothing to the company that have not been returned till now. We have made some 100 calls, 20 emails, but no resolution has been done.
                          The company keeps sending fraudulent smash since the last 30 days saying that a delivery person will come, but no one comes.

                          They still didn't respond on time but kept on dodging saying we are trying to find clothes. For 56 items of branded clothing, they are offering inr 2000, as compensation, that too has been promised but not given...

                            Fab fresh should be barred from carrying on their services. They are as unprofessional as it can get. Technical glitches, late delivery, impossibly inconsiderate customer service, sky rocket prices and terrible washing of clothes. So terrible that my new clothes look like they are 10 year old, white clothes specifically are stained and all clothes are in an unrecognisable condition. More over, they never get back to you, you have to keep on calling them endlessly and still these bunch of retards don't care. Worst experience ever.

                              This is to report the horrible experience with fabfresh. Not only have they lost my brand new blanket (Worth rs. 4800/-), they do not have the courtesy to respond to the number of calls i have made everyday. All they reply is that they will get back and till date, since the past 30 days, i have not received a call from their end.
                              Hoping some action is taken against these guys and also to help me get my blanket back.

                                    I have placed order on Fabfresh from my chennai addresa on[protected]. As I am not a permanent resident of Chennai my flight is scheduled on[protected].So I needed the product within 4 days and same delivery was assured by fab fresh. But 4 days have passed by and product is atill not being delivered. I have attached screenshot of my order id and Payment also. Even after making payment of Rs1199 for 10 Kg I am not recieving the product. Because of this I have to cancel my schedule and I am waiting in chennai needlessly and my whole work is getting affected. Please take proper action against this company as deemed fit

It's been 8 days and no status update from fabfresh. I am calling them everyday but they disconnect the call saying they will call back in 10 minutes but no one returns back the call. This is completely fraudulent company. Not sure what's the state of my garments.

                                          I had given 6 pieces of my expensive lehenga set and dress for dry cleaning last month.

                                          They took it returned back nicely with all their tags. But, then when I open it I find one skirt is burnt and is still dirty. Also, hanging from the blouse are missing. When I asked them for same they are not even sorry and asking me to get it reworked. I am sending an email and they don't even care to reply.

                                          Later I thought I will only give my spoilt dress to get it fixed/reworked.
                                          Now, it's been 3 weeks when I gave my lehenga skirt to them for rework as they had burnt it doing dry cleaning. The customer service they provide, I have no words to it. They keep on sending messages about delivering your own dress on a day and then it turns out they can't even after 2 weeks as the work is still not finished.
                                          When you call the customer care they say we don't to make fake promises and will surely send it by tomorrow and then the same conversations goes on every day. Plus getting them answer your call itself can only happen if you go into their nerves.
                                          I want my refund of all the clothes I gave for dry cleaning as I doubt it was even done. Also for the loss of the dress and the blouse hanging.
                                          The amount to be refunded is already mentioned it the mail I had sent them.

                                          Kindly return back my skirt in what ever condition it is in.
                                          Order# 37564. I have given 6.5 kilograms of garments laundry on 1 july with promise of delivery on 4th of july. It's been 8 days and no status update from fabfresh. I am calling them everyday but all they say is that they will deliver it by tomorrow. I'm sick of their lies. Not sure in what conditions my apparel are.
                                          Fabfresh is a fraud and cheater company, gave my clothes a week back, still following up with them to get my clothes back. customer care is a big waste just says we cannot share any authorized person’s no nor can help me out.
                                          Managers don’t pick up the call.
                                          Pls do not share any of your clothes / laundry with them.

                                            I raised a complaint for my loss of cloth on 15-dec-2017 to thier mail-id ([protected]@fabfresh.in) as the delievery boy asked me to do for the loss of a cloth.
                                            I have been chasing them over the but i have not a got a single response from them.
                                            Also i always get calls for a new order, but when i ask them about the complaint, they make us wait over the call for more than 3 min and then say please send a mail to [protected]@fabfresh.in and also said that we are here only to take new orders and not your complaints!!

                                            I was shocked hearing this!! As the way they speak to the customers!!

                                            As mentioned in the policy of fab fresh they are suppose to pay 1*10 times of the loss of a cloth or 2000rs which ever is lower. I don't think they neither following their policies nor the complaints raised by the customers.

                                            Can anyone help me in filling a case towards this company or to the consumer court..

                                                I had ordered laundry for 14 clothes and 3 for dry cleaning via bro4u. I paid 300 at time of order but they said bro4u didnt give them so i had to pay again full amount. After 10 days of waiting i got my clothes back in which they ruined an expensive white shirt and jacket totally.
                                                For 5 days they were daily saying they will send but didnt send untill i paid the extra amount to them.
                                                After charging this much they ruined my clothes as well...
                                                Dont ever even consider ordering from them as they are big time con mans who just want money and wont provide service also and will frustrate you.
                                                Unprofessional staff also... And the delivery guy was also very rude.

                                                    I gave my clothes for washing on 6/10/2017. It was supposed to be deliverd on 9/10/2017 but it yes yet to get delivered even today13/10/3017. I tried calling the executive and customercare many times and there was no response and yesterday they promised to deliver the clothes before 3 but i am yet to recieve it. I already informed them about the delivery because all those clothes were the ones i wear for my office and they didnt even care to hear it properly. If i dont get my clothes today i am planning to make a complaint in consumer court. These guys are makng mokkery out of their own customers.

                                                      The treebo elan, chennai hotel manager mr. Arun had given the clothes on for express delivery on my word on 24th september, 2017.
                                                      I received the clothes on 26th september, 2017 in the afternoon. The hotel manager paid the amount the bill bore. Later in the evening when i came back to the hotel and saw my clothes, they were all stained and dirty. The clothes had not been cleaned properly.
                                                      Since thatday i am trying to talk to one of your executives and they just keep disconnecting the line and is not answering to my calls properly.
                                                      Later i called the customer care number and they said that the clothes can be re-washed and given back, but in another three days.
                                                      I was in chennai for business trip.

                                                      I had also send a mail on 27th september to the escalation team of fab fresh. I haven't heard anything from them yet. Today on 4th october, 2017 when i had called them they denied that the stains should be given on dry cleaning and not on wash and iron.
                                                      The stains were normal food stains on the clothes, doesn't it come under the preview of wash and iron?
                                                      The customer care person is arguing with me for the same and saying the stains cannot be removed in normal washing machine wash, and he is also saying that if your machine can remove the stains then u have a extra ordinary machine.

                                                      I just want my money back as the clothes were dirty and even the clothes weren't delivered on time, so why the express delivery charges were applied.

                                                      Cctv camera footage can be obtained of the hotel, as when the clothes were given and when were they received. But a lot of harassment has been done by them to me, i don't wanna harass the hotel management for the same.
                                                      I request the consumer forum to look into the matter and sue the company for such service.

                                                        I have given my 3 piece suit for dry cleaning online, its been more than 15 days they have not returned my suit, whenever i called to their numbers no body answers, few a times someone picked and said we will deliver by evening and it never came.
                                                        My suit is very expensive wore it once, i would like to ask money from them if they are not returning my suit. Their company should be banned for such poor services government should take some action against such companies.
                                                        Date of giving my suit for dry cleaning : 06/07/2017 and it was supposed to be retuned on 10/07/2017

                                                          I am really disappointed with their service. Firstly when i gave my clothes they didn't wash it properly and instead there were few stains on my clothes but instead i was being kind and since they apologised i paid them the complete amount. The second time that is on 9/617 i gave them nearly 10kg clothes. The delivery date was tuesday 13/6/17 but they didn't deliver. The next day on 14th i called the delivery guy and he asked me to call customer care. I got the customer care number from the delivery guy and there were like three numbers but none of them picked up the call. It was either busy or call waiting or they didn't pick up. And then i called the delivery guy he said that his job is over for the day he will not deliver. While i'm talking to him he cut the call. There was this kind person who actually picked up the call and connected me to the manager. I warned the manager as this was the second time they repeated it. He told me that he will make sure to deliver by 7:30. I told him that i won't pay him. They didn't deliver it. Today morning 15th i got a call from the deliver guy he told he deliver in half an hour and he was asking me about the cash payment. I told him you just deliver the clothes and regarding payment ill talk to the manager. I just wanted to complaint, it wasn't like i didn't want to pay the amount, i just wanted to give a complaint. The delivery guy didn't deliver the clothes and evening when i called him he said that since you told me that you wont pay how can i deliver. I told him that you're job is to deliver the clothes why haven't you delivered yet. He cut the call. I called customer care and they didn't pick up. I called the manager he didn't pick up. The delivery guy told me that manager is not available today. Then i called another no. And a lady picked up i told her everything calmly and she told me that she will inform them and ask them to deliver it but they didn't deliver yet. I called a delivery guy and he connected me to the guy who was supposed to deliver the clothes to me. That guy instead of accepting his mistake he is blaming me that i cut the call. So i asked him if i cut the call then why didn't you pick up when i called back and again he disconnected the call. Really very disappointed by the service and the delivery guy doesn't knows how to talk to customers. I will not give them even a single star
