Fab Panda — Not Delivery Products & not responding after getiing payment

I had purchased 2 items on 20-01-15 with my order number 34661. They sent me a message that the est dispatch dat will be 22-01-15. They mailed kme that they have recieved the payment. But after 20-01-15 no response from them... no email regarding dispatch details, tracking number, I even dont know whether they have deliverd it or not. their customer care number is always out of reach n if sumtines connect they jst ask for voice mail. What a rubbish. I want my money back. Pls suggest what to do now how to get my money back.PLLSSSSSSSSSS HELPPP
