I have brought a casio watch on a discount for Rs 3222/- but haven't received it yet even after 6 months. This is a total FRAUD website. Please dont use this website. Please take severe action against them. The email address, telephone number, address provided are all fake. I went to the address stated in the website and found out a whole new other company which was established there since 10 years.

its one fraud company, email id given is wrong, customer care number will not get connect at all. If we want to buy any product they have not given cash on delivery where customer has to do payment while making the booking..fab panda has done it purposely so that they can get money from the customer..

I had purchase a beautiful pink gllitering pump for christmas for 999 .it was delivered to my address on 23rd dec.2014, when i was not available.when I return home and opened the packet the shoe was in a very bad state broken heels small size etc.just to return to fabpanda and get it replaced it took for fabpanda 2 months that to after constant complaining.after that i am on constant calling but god know whats wrong with fabpanda is it to trick to earn money or harrasing customer till today 13 th of july 2015 nither i got it replaced nor refund.what is the matter???????????????

Guys, please don't buy any products from this website.They are not receiving any calls or replying any emails.Thy have to refund my money from Past 6 months..I have been updating my complaint from past 6 months.even registration of complaint is also waste.No reply from anymore.

Hello, I purchased ashish fabrics velvet palazzo from fabpanda.com on 09/06/2015. They have neither sent the item nor refunded my money. Always status on website shows payment received. They neither reply to the calls on their toll free no. nor respond to the voice messages they record on IVR when we call. Many people have been cheated by them. Many reviews are there on their facebook page as well. Theiw website is https://www.fabpanda.com/ and their fb page has many comments taht shows many people have not received their ordered item or even their money back. This is Atul Shukla. I had placed an order on 30th May 2015 for Lapcare Power Bank Grand 15000 mAh (White). Amount Rs.1797 was deducted from my SBI card but till date i have not received the product. ORDER # 48075. Their toll free no is useless as it always says transferring the line & at last they ask to drop a message. I have even sent them mail but still no reply.

i had placed an ordr 18 days back from Fabpanda money was deducted from my card but till date i have not received the product..i did not recive any message or reply frm company regarding delivery..ordr id is 48100...their toll free no.is also useless they ll ask u to drop ur message n nevr reply 15 times i called n dropped message still no reply from them...

Order number is #44913. I placed the order in Feb 2015 of around 8 items. The money was deducted from my card and the products were never delivered. They cancelled my order 8 March 2015 promising refund of the payment which is till date not credited to my account. I have followed up at least 10 times but they don't reply to my mails. I have tried calling them on their toll free number, but no one answers the call.

Till date I have not received the above consignment nor any update/communication/messages regarding the delivery, though the amount has been debited from my Credit Card account. I had placed an order on 28.5.2015 with Fabpanda and my order ID is 48052. Amount for this order has been paid through Net banking. Despite of multiple mails to Customer Care and Support no response from Fabpanda on this order yet. This is poor service from FabPanda and this has wasted lot of time to run behind these people. Hi, I have booked Order ID: 47929 with Fab Panda on 15th May, 15 and amount has been paid from my CC on same day. Despite of multiple mails to Customer Care, so many calls to Tool free no- Left Voice messages there so many times but no response on this order yet. This is poor service from FabPanda and this has wasted lot of time to run behind these people. it's mental harassment to chase these guys for n order of 599 Rs. Its been more than 10 days time since i have placed an order of 2 Kurti's (Order No. 47980) but didn't receive any of this yet. Moreover, i am not getting any update to track my placed order. Further to this, on giving call over customer care / toll free number[protected] nobody is entertaining the calls. Could anyone clear me what exactly going on. Is there something fishy or these people are making fool from this site or might be taking undue advantage of online marketing for making funds. This should be called as Fraud Panda instead of Fab Panda!!

This is a really horrible site for on line shopping. I would request all not to buy eny thing from this site as I have suffered by placing order to them. instead of 02 items in order I got 01 when I asked the item they replied the Item stok is over & will send the refund. Last 04 month of repeated communication still my refund is pending. No one replies on mail & attend call to reply the status. Please do not buy any thing you will suffer.

This is my second complain about Fab Panda in this very site. As stated in my previous complaint, I had placed a prepaid order (Order ID: 46867) on the 16th of March of Rs 818, which got deducted from my account. Got a confirmation message saying that I will be receiving my order in 7-10 days after the dispatch date, which was 18th March. I never received the product. After numerous calls and complaints. including here, I finally get a mail from Fab Panda on the 20th April stating that they have cancelled my product and I would be refunded in 5-7 days. So I should have received a refund by latest 27th April, which I HAVE NOT. Kindly take strict action against this fake and con site.

I have ordered 2 tops WL40 and WL48. i have got something else. I tried to contact with customer care but this worst website doesn't allow. They do not have any customer care service. I am highly disappointed. Worst website ever. Their license should be cancelled.

on 22nd march, 2015 i ordered a watch with the order no. 47054. initialy they cancelled my order then they said they will refund the amt in the acc within 7-8 days. but its been two months and the refund is not initiated yet for the order no. 47054. kindly take some valuable action and return my money.
